Jan 10 - This customer told me that David Brinkley was very consultative and she didn’t feel like he was selling her anything as, she never once on the call felt pressured! She also stated that David is a wonderful asset to our business and that she wishes every customer who has to set up home services could experience David!
Jan 11 - Ms. Fisher stated that George Nicholls’ “professionalism and mannerism was absolutely outstanding! He is a great listener and he just did a great job overall! He provided a customer service 2nd to none!!!”
