May 16 – William Torres went the extra mile and SAVED an order of one of our Allconnect customers!!! After one of our customers decided to cancel their order William went the EXTRA mile after receiving the notification that the order had been canceled and immediately contacted the customer & politely asked why she wanted to cancel…. He asked, “Was the order NOT correct?”. In the END, the customer felt she could trust ALLCONNECT and since William had dealt with her professionally & honestly in every way she allowed William to resubmit her canceled order & continue with the transfer she originally requested.
