June 5 – Mr. Wilson shared with us that Natalie Kreitzer provided him with an “Excellent experience”, not only did she resolve his Cox order issues, but just created a great start to his morning! He said she was very Professional, Sweet, Cheerful, and he just wanted everyone to know how lucky we are to have her on our team!!
June 5 – Mrs. Ortiz was very impressed with Annaliese Hansen. She said “Annaliese was a huge help and one of the best representatives she has ever talked to.”
June 7 – Our customer Tania Seabock had this to say about Katie Beasley: “I wanted to give Katie a great review because I had spoke with several different people to try and get my issue resolved, and she was so helpful and thorough in checking all the details of my order. Katie really went above and beyond and I want to say what a great reflection she is on your company. I had a great experience!”
June 7 – Phillip Garcia had this to say about Reagan Daubney: “Well, i didn’t use the website, but the phone rep “REAGAN” that took my call was excellent! He answered every question thoroughly and gave me additional info without even asking for it. Pleasant company to do business with. I will call back to add any additional services in the future. June 14 – Mr. Hampton wants everyone to know Tommy Salisbury was the best person he has ever spoken to on the phone! “Tommy saved me a ton of money, got me more channels, better premiums, and a faster internet so
that I can make more money with my business at home!”
June 18 – Mrs Owens was ecstatic about how amazing Angie Walther was during their conversation. She said Angie was so helpful and kind on the phone, And deserves an immediate raise!
