Allconnect would like to thank all our employees for their hard work, determination and commitment. Over the years, we have assembled a talented team and we are grateful for all that they do every day to make our company successful! But don’t just take it from us. April 1 – Mr. Trowell stated that Nicole Valmond did a fantastic job. Said he runs a customer service center, and if Nicole was on there, she would receive a raise. Said Nicole went above and beyond the Call of Duty.
April 10 – Ms. Sahnoun Gzara had this to say about Natalie Kreitzer: “This is the first time in my life that I have met a person who is so nice and pleasant to speak with. You need 10 people like her answering the calls. Thank you so much!”
April 23 – Mrs. O’Connor sent in this email about Ms. Ashley Wells. “I just took your survey and wanted to take a second to say thank you myself. The person who helped me was…in a word…AWESOME! She knew I was in a rush and worked with me to get it all done. It took about 10 minutes. I had already spent 30 minutes trying to navigate the Verizon website the night before and was just about done with them. And tonight, I was telling my husband how easy it was and that maybe he should call to get his service setup. (2 homes, Long story, but same as everyone else) I was truly impressed and if I have the option, I will use the service again.”
April 30 – Mr. Ronald Johnson stated that Ashanta Jones did a fantastic job. He was very patient, and explained everything correctly. He is an asset to the company. Please make sure you don’t lose him!!!
